Extension and refurbish of this derelict Grade II listed water mill. A reclaimed oak cruck frame from France was used to extend the building and create a living space overlooking the river. The Victorian cast iron undershot wheel was refurbished to operate a generator for the underfloor heating.
BTA provided a full structural design service.
